Okay the fact that you did not know that until later just makes that even more intristing and funny. And I sooo wish I could have gone on a trip like that. It seams like you had so much fun and got to meet a bunch of cool people... but alas I have no life.
I don't actually know (feels so spoiled) My mom sort of payed for it. I'll ask her later.
Well, when I say Japan wasn't as great, I mean that it was my friends and guided tours of things I never would have thought to see that made Japan amazing.
Cardiff and London however, do work if you're organizing the whole trip yourself. Japan not so much, plus, Japan's busier, and I don't like that.

Lucky dog but Yah i understand completely. I think part of the reason I was able to enjoy my self in japan was the fact that we were there with one of my best friends who was native and visiting her grandparents at the time. Her Obbachan refused to let us do anything 'Touristy' and instead had us kids doing regular Japanese kid things.
