Even though the Doctor was 90 years old (Just a Kid) when he first went to the Medusa Cascade, and like in this scene, how old biologically would he you think? I'm guessing 18 or so.

Is this like the Medusa Cascade? When the Doctor said that at 90 years old, he was just a Kid, I wonder if 90 is like 19 or something to a Time Lord.
