It's Sam Tyler. From that magical show Life on Mars. If you don't know who that is, it's fine. Sam Tyler is a present day cop (Played by John Simm) who gets in an accident and wakes up in 1973! At one point in the show he looks like this model, but I'm not giving away when.
But watch Life on Mars. Do it. Go. Now. I'll wait.

Wasn't it AWESOME?

Made it myself. Took a few days... I haven't sculpted anything in a year or two... Made out of white Sculpey that I painted then varnished after baking.

d'aww! Sam is so cute! And me too. I haven't sculpted in a while also. Ugh, and everyone's begging me to do more. PLZ NO! I got tired of it. Maybe I'll make Gene.

WANT. You did such a wonderful job of it! I'm toying with the idea of trying to make a plushie version as I think I've never really tried sculpting. That's just gorgeous. Brilliant. 8D
