A triumphant return of David's sweater, which I haven't used since issue 9! WOO!
And a cameo by my friend ~Thowell3 who was amazing enough to give (and by give I mean post from the other end of Canada) me one of his Tom Baker scarves. YOU FREAKING ROCK. THANK YOU AGAIN.
And Timothy Dalton is SO FUN to draw. Yey.

Most of Rassilon's narration is taken directly from the episode The End of Time, so, credit to RTD there, but I absolutely hate omniscient narration by a character who isn't really omniscient. And especially when the narration is all shallow deep-ity like 'to the west and the north of that world, the people there did gather to celebrate a pagan rite to banish the cold and the dark' (or whatever) JUST SAY CHRISTMAS IN LONDON RTD. IT'S WAY LESS PEDANTIC. BAH.
