Martin Freeman (Dr. Watson) and Benedict Cumberbatch (Mr. Holmes) as they appear in BBC's Sherlock, by popular demand.

Official posters and such are a bit... gawdy, and slightly childish for someone as old as I am (going on 21). So, faced with the prospect of not being able to display my fan-love in any other way than in a cluttered immature mess... I started thinking how one might simply hint at what one loves in a tasteful and mature way. Silhouettes were my first thought.

IF YOU WANT TO USE THESE TO MAKE SOME GRAPHICS OR WHATEVER, YOU MUST PURCHASE THE FILE FIRST. PEOPLE WERE STEALING, AND NOT GIVING CREDIT ETC, AND I FEEL LIKE THIS COULD BE A GOOD COMPROMISE. BUT LET'S ALL TAKE A MOMENT TO STOP ASSUMING ANYTHING THAT LOOKS A BIT LIKE A STOCK GRAPHIC IS A STOCK GRAPHIC.

No copyright infringement intended. Sherlock ©BBC.

Some other silhouettes, should you be interested...

that means the WORLD to me Lydia! I bought mine at a specialty jewelers shop called Komerovich ( the bigger the size of saw, the bigger the projects you can do) You'll also need size 2 blades and a 22-20 gauge metal to start. other must haves: a bench pin and clamp so you can work on the edge of a table. if you want me to go more in depth, send me a note!
and here's my tumblr: [link]

This is wonderful! I see other people have bought and used this to make items for etsy, but I wanted to check and make sure that was all right, before buying. I'd like to use them in earrings and perhaps embroidery, with credit to you, of course. C=

Well, no one has bought them yet. With the exception of one person that makes book bags, no one so far has my permission to profit off these silhouettes.
If you buy though, you can make some items for yourself/print them off for personal use or gifts. I can't have people making a profit off my artwork.
