Chell, ready for action, with her trusty portal gun, long fall boots, and her faithful companion cube! Some idiot shouldn't have told her the cake was a lie.
She's all but confirmed as GLaDOS's daughter, not as a character from Half-Life. Not that I've ever played Half-Life, just kinda buried myself in the Portal Wiki forever and everI LOVE PORTAL.
Now that that's out of the way >.>
The format of this rocks! The assembly lines/transport chutes in the background are a nice touch, especially with the variation in tone and the things filling them. The little Wheatley in the tube with the Cubes made me giggle a little, especially because the contrast of the blue in his eye and the greyscale of the rest makes him look all the more disgruntled. Other than that, Chell's expression is so intense, almost a little scary... which just suits our silent protagonist so well! The only thing I can think is that I'm pretty sure the Gun comes up over her arm, a la Samus's gun in the Metroid heries, but I'm not sure on that. Plus she looks a lot more badass holding it like that n-n
