Anyway, this is the love of my life, the gloriously absurd Mr. Tom Baker. Figured it was time I did another drawing of him since I truly adore him so very very much. And I'll say it, he's my favourite Doctor. Hands down. Sorry Tennant.
Baker is a comedic genius, handsome, insane, charismatic, and well supplied with Jelly Babies. And he's got that magnificent scarf. (I die a little inside each time I remember Peter Davison unravelling it.)
If you haven't watched Tom Baker, you need to. Please. He just wins at everything.
