Get it? Because David Tennant played the Doctor and Casanova? Heheh... he... oh fine. So it isn't funny. Just an odd comic that popped into my head some years ago that I felt the need to redo. Really I just wanted to draw Mr. Sexypants.
Okay, so the Tenth Doctor is Casanova, and the Eleventh Doctor owes Casanova a chicken... Does that mean the Eleventh Doctor met the Tenth, saved the world with him, did something so he owes him a chicken, while managing not to cause a paradox?
You know what the best part about this is? That if you actually read Giacamo Casanova's memoirs, he apparently DID meet Madame De Pompadour! There was no mention of smex, but according to the memoirs they met socially and she gave him a present of perfume. It COULD be some really amazing crossover.
Okay.....So in Europe and the UK 'To Dance' Is a sexual euphemisum for sex.
Well on Madame... She asks him to dance....well She's gonnna be a 'whore' and why would she love him. There are a few hints that are dropped like, 'He [doctor] is the only may pray they [the king] that i've ever loved' So assuming that she only love the king because she's had sex with him then would it be the same for the doctor? ~Kat
o_o What? Are you saying that Mme. De Pompadour is a whore because she probably went and had it off with the Doctor? "Why would she love him?" WHAT? Wouldn't you? He saved her from her nightmares and was generally wonderful for, as far as she's concerned, as long as she can remember. Even if you don't like her, you can surely see where the attraction is coming from. The woman's forward, but hardly a whore. And why are you assuming she's only in love with the king because they've had sex? And I know that dancing is a euphemism. That's been a big ol' duh for a while now.
I thought Time Lords were sterile, though that's besides the point because he's a different species. How did this come up? She was the King's official Mistress, not a 'casual sex partner', a position which was a-okay with everybody back then. And Reinette has about as much reason to love the Doctor as Rose has. She knows him better than Rose does from the mind-sharey-thing. If Rose can love him, Reinette can. *shrug* I don't see the issue.
